If you already stir one into a glass, adding the second costs you nothing in effort.

How To Take Everything In It

A bundle is several separate products bought together, not a single product with one set of instructions. Each item keeps its own directions, its own ingredient list and its own warnings, and those live on its own product page.

Two things are worth saying plainly. Follow the directions for each product separately rather than assuming they share a schedule. And do not exceed the recommended daily dose of any of them — if two products in your routine contain the same nutrient, the amounts add together.
